WORKOUT

A. 3x each:
25 jumping jacks
3 inch worms with down dog

B. Running Tabata
8 rounds: 0:20 run (as fast as possible), 0:10 walk

C. 10 minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), alternate:
1. 10 push-ups (can count towards your daily total)
2. 10 burpees

D. Walk for 3 minutes
