1. What goals are you working on now?
I’m currently working on losing weight and making it in to the gym 5 days/week on a consistent basis.

2. What challenges do you face in your fitness routine? How do you overcome those challenges?
My biggest challenge is getting through long cardio EMOMs [Every minute, on the minute] without occasionally taking an extra minute. Matt has done a great job helping me develop a mind over matter attitude. I use that to keep me going. If I start a set or round immediately and don’t give myself a chance to take more rest than needed, I’m able to accomplish much more.

3. Please share a recent success or milestone (fitness/health or otherwise)?
I can’t think of a milestone, but I’m proud of my progress with increasing weights when we’re lifting and increasing stamina during cardio circuits.

4. What’s your favorite guilty pleasure?
It’s got to be imbibing. So many empty calories…
