Enjoy our quick Q&A with Jennifer…

Name: Jennifer
Occupation: Nurse at Columbine Health.  Mom to three boys: Jack- 8, Milo-4, and Gus-3.
Lives in: Wellington
Hometown: Cedaredge, CO
Q1. What goals are you working on now?
A: Dead hang pull ups!  Overall, to be comfortable in my skin…regain my confidence.

Q2. What challenges do you face in your fitness routine? How do you overcome those challenges?
A: The two biggest challenges I faced were getting started, and finding a fitness routine that I would stick with.  I LOVE working out at Persistent Hunters. The workouts are always different, and Matt, Erika, and all of the members have created such an encouraging environment.  Seeing results has been encouraging, too!  One challenge I still struggle with is diet.

Q3. Please share a recent success or milestone.
A: I’ve been consistent, and each week I’m getting stronger!

Q4. What’s your favorite guilty pleasure?
A: Definitely ice cream!
Keep up the great work, Jennifer. Your strength and energy are an inspiration!
